Sweet Springs Motorsports Complex
ACCEPTING MOWING BIDS
Sweet Springs Motorsports Complex is accepting bid applications for MOWING. Below is a list of minimum requirements that the board of directors require. Our season starts in April and runs through October. Please see our website for a list of event dates. (Dates are subject to change)
Minimum Requirements:
*Must have proof of liability Insurance
*You will need to Mow all grass weekly
*Weed Eat Entire Facility
*Spray any necessary areas
*Maintain the big ditch that runs along the driveway area monthly
* Mowing must take place the day before our event that week. (Those days
vary so you will need to see schedule)
**The board has the right to request mowing to be skipped during the dry months.
Your bid must be a sealed bid provided either by mail or to one of the board members no later than March 22, 2025 . Please be sure to allow enough time if mailing the bid. These bids will be opened at the board meeting on March 22nd, 2025. At that time the board will review all bids. Please be sure to put your contact information on your bid as well so we can contact you with any questions and to let you know of our decision. We also encourage anyone putting in a bid to attend the meeting on March 22nd in case there are any questions regarding your bid.
