Rennison doubles up at Sweet Springs

By Chris Hale (Sweet Springs, MO) -- Beautiful weather and 98 entries from 6 different states set the stage was set for some great racing!

Riley Goodno and Tyler Rennison started on the front row in the Winged Outlaws. Rennison took off to an early lead with Goodno and Willie Urish racing for second. Urish got by Goodno for second and with just a few laps left , Urish gave Rennison a challenge for the lead. Rennison got the win with Urish and Goodno rounding the podium.

Chase Brown made his trip from Nebraska worth while by getting his second Restrictor win in as many weeks. Braden Knipmeyer came home a close second. Wyatt Siegel was involved in an incident early and had to go to the back. He did not let that get him down. Siegel charged all the way through the field to challenge for second but came up one spot short.

Tyler Rennison got his second win of the evening by winning the Winged A class main. Garrett Hulsey was second and Dustin March was third.

25 Non Wing cars started the main. Jamie Kelz jumped to an early lead with Nathan Brookshier a close second. They battled for several laps until Brookshier got by for the win. Kelz was second and Chris Koch was third.

Levi Hinck won the Junior Sprint main by beating the very fast cars of Garrett Benson and Jack Thomas.

Jarmey Martin continued his late season dominance of the Sportsman class with another win. Robert Bledsoe and Daryl Perkins rounded out the podium.
